Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. Players must not allow third parties to access or use their accounts. Account sharing, including allowing family members or friends to wager using your account, is prohibited and may result in account closure.
mnl365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your mnl365 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited within 5–30 minutes during regular banking hours. Over-the-counter deposits via 7-Eleven and Cebuana may take up to 2 hours to process.

mnl365 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where: (a) the bet was placed in error due to a technical fault or incorrect odds display; (b) the relevant sporting event was cancelled, abandoned, or its result is unclear; (c) mnl365 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, or match-fixing in relation to the event on which the bet was placed.

In no event shall mnl365's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
mnl365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the Player has requested self-exclusion; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory compliance risk.
Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where no fraud or violation is suspected), any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player's last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds balances are not returnable upon account closure under any circumstances.
